We are here to help you develop your innovative ideas into sustainable, dynamic businesses, providing high quality jobs.The Forss Innovation Centre (FIC) is situated on the Forss Business and Technology Park (FBTP). We provide a home for business start-ups and spin-outs, as well as companies attracted into the area that are being formed by inward investments. We provide high quality, flexible, serviced office and laboratory space that is available for rent in either short-term ‘license’ or long term ‘lease’.
Importantly FIC also provides a highly flexible pre-incubator that provides hot-desking for those requiring space and services on a drop-in basis.
All this is provided within our supportive business environment that is fundamental to our approach.
